Psalm 126:1

"When the LORD brought back the captivity of Zion, we were like those who dream..."

God is good and incredibly kind. He takes our lives, He restores us and He heals us. He takes our hearts and minds that have been stolen by the evil one, and lets us dream again. It's no shock that sometimes life takes us to places far away from home, in every sense. In some seasons of life we find ourselves placed so far from where we belong - in foreign places emotionally, spiritually, mentally and sometimes even literally. In those times our dreams can get shattered, our hopes may get broken, and we forget the purpose we once had. We even forget the simple, innocent, childlike dreams that were once hidden in our hearts. But then God captures of our hearts, and brings us back home... The beautiful, restoring and faithful God we have brings back to life the dreams in our hearts that died in the lost years of our lives. He heals our hearts that have been broken and violated and enables us the strength and freedom to dream again.

If your dream has died, start dreaming again. If you've never even let yourself be honest and dream, start right now. God has brought you home, and He wants you to dream. You can fly with the things God has placed in your heart to do on this earth. Get a pen and paper and sit down with His sweet Holy Spirit. Tell Him every dream you have ever had in your heart, and ask Him to make His dreams for your life your dreams for your life. Get ready and dream! Things are about to happen!
